Personal Lines CSR - in office
We are located in Concord and we are looking to hire a Personal Lines CSR to join their team. They are offering a competitive salary, paid vacation , commission on new and renewal business and a very supportive work environment.
Overview:
Review renewal documents
Report and monitor client claims
Respond to telephone inquiries and complete endorsements
Preparation of Renewal binders, endorsements and quotes
Ensure a high level of service is maintained
Remarket when necessary
Cross-sell and up-sell
quoting
scanning
and other office duties
Requirements:
2 -5 years Personal lines insurance experience
A Current RIBO License
Working knowledge Broker Management Software: TAM (an asset); Word, as well as web-based applications and companies portals
A good understanding of underwriting concepts as it relates to Personal Insurance.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Accuracy and attention to details
Understanding of company underwriting, and guidelines
